Massage & Treatments
Remedial Massage
Remedial massage is an evidence-based manual therapy which aims to treat muscles that are damaged, knotted, tense or immobile. Remedial Massage incorporates different techniques such as myofascial release, deep tissue, trigger point therapy and muscle energy technique to correct imbalances of soft tissue.
This type of massage is used to treat chronic muscular pain and address muscle imbalance and dysfunction to improve mobility and function.

Sports & Therapeutic Massage // Fleur
Therapeutic Massage uses long flowing strokes, kneading, pressure, and friction to encourage circulation and blood flow. This increase in blood flow releases toxins and provides nutrients and oxygen to soft tissue and improves movement. Massage is an effective way to alleviate stress and tension in the body and is both relaxing and invigorating.
If you are tense, stressed, or feeling worn out, Therapeutic or Relaxation Massage can reduce your muscle tension, quieten your mind, and assist in a good nights sleep.
Lymphatic drainage // Fleur
Lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle, rhythmical massage treatment performed by a specially trained lymphatic massage therapist to stimulate the circulation of lymph fluid around the body. This helps to rapidly speed up the removal of wastes and toxins which may be trapped in the tissue. Lymphatic massage can also aid in the prevention of swelling after injury or surgery. It is also thought to provide a major boost to your immune system.
This increases your circulatory system’s capacity to rapidly move out retained fluids and any toxic waste build-ups. We have found that a patient feels quite “energised” after a lymphatic drainage massage.
To compliment your manual therapy treatments, we also offer a chance to relax, breathe and recharge with yoga & meditation.
Take control of your health and wellbeing by nurturing yourself physically, mentally & emotionally.
